WHO ARE THE EXPERTS?

BILL BROWN – PROJECT MANAGER
Bill, partner in ownership, founded Expert Construction Managers in 2001. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburg. He subsequently obtained his Certified Florida General Contractor License and is a Certified Construction Manager. Bill holds certifications in climbing, gin poles, OSHA training, and Electrical Safety. Over the past 38 years, Bill’s portfolio of construction projects include prisons, hospitals, stadiums and has erected over 200 towers in 9 states.

RYAN AUFIERO – PROJECT MANAGER AND SUPERINTENDENT
Ryan joined the Expert team in 2006 with 16 years of construction experience building homes, commercial buildings, and towers. He has built more than 50 tower sites or co-locations since joining Expert Construction Managers. Ryan is a certified climber, has completed gin pole, OSHA and RF Safety training. He is fully trained in rigging, Signalman, Anritsu, Dragonwave, RFS, Roxtec, fiber testing, generator operation and Electrical Safety.

TODD BORNT - CIVIL-ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Todd has worked in the field for Expert Construction Managers since 2004. His expertise has been called upon for work with the North Florida Broadband Authority, Orange County 911, and the U.S. Air Force among others. Todd has over 15 years’ experience in tower site electrical construction. Since 1999, Todd has built over 200 tower sites or co-locations in 3 states. He has completed OSHA and Generator Training, and Electrical Safety.

CHRISTIAN GALVAN, EI - PROJECT ENGINEER
Christian brought three years of construction experience with large developments and towers to Expert Construction Managers in 2013. He was awarded his MBA from the University of Tampa and successfully completing his BS Civil Engineering at the University of Notre Dame. He has obtained his Engineer in Training Certification and has built 16 towers at various Florida sites. Christian has completed his OSHA training and has successfully completed the RF Safety Course.

KERRY BURKHOLDER – SUPERINTENDENT
After a successful career with the US Marines, Kerry joined the Expert team in 2014. He holds a BS in Industrial Administration from Iowa State University. His extensive Project Management education and experience with the Marines allows him to join the team with very little limitation and makes him an asset in an expanding business model. He is currently seeking another MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Kerry has completed gin pole, OSHA and RF Safety training. In addition he has satisfactorily completed the FDOT classes on soils testing, concrete testing, and caisson installation.

JULIE BROWN – OFFICE MANAGER
Julie, partner in ownership since 2001, is an American Business College graduate and founded Expert Construction Managers with 5 years previous construction secretarial work. Julie’s contributions to Expert include accounts payable and receivable, contract administration, licensing and registration, certified payrolls and grant administration, and safety record keeping and reporting. Julie has successfully completed Certified Non-climber Rescue Training.
